The Space
This Condo is spacious with 3 beautiful bedrooms up 18 stairs, Chestnut Rm-1King w/ shared bath, Bay Rm- 1 Queen with shared bath and The Foxtrotter Rm- Master room with King bed and bathroom.
There is a full kitchen, living and dining area downstairs. Coffee maker using K-cups (provided), washer and dryer upon request, outdoor sitting area in back, parking right near the door.

Dining & Food
Convenient dining around the condo. There is also a grocery store very close to the condo.

Guest Access
There is a kitchen, dining room/living area with TV or sitting are with cable tv. Internet is provided and the password is posted around the facility. There is outdoor seating (cushions are inside to keep them fresh). Very Peaceful Atmosphere. Key code for entry into the condo will be given the day of check-in. The parking is directly in front of the door. Washer and dryer available upon request with this room rental.

Entry to the Space
Please press the lock symbol on the door every time you leave. If you are loading or unloading, leave the wood door open while going in and out so that it does not lock you out. Please be gently with the screen door. Please do not enter any closed doors in the condo. What is open is for you to enjoy.

Please respect the Space
Please pick up after yourself and leave the condo in as good of shape as you found it. Dirty dishes should be loaded in the dish washer. Please put dirty linens in the basket in the room closet and all trash in the main kitchen trash can.
Foxtrotter Room
This master room is spacious and has a beautiful King Bed. There will be fresh towels in the master bathroom. Enjoy a jacuzzi bath with the fireplace lit. The master bathroom also has a jetted walk-in shower.
Chestnut Room
This room has a beautiful King Bed. There will be fresh towels in the closet. Your bathroom is just outside the room and it is shared if there is a tenant in the Bay room during your stay.
Bay Room
This room has a beautiful Queen Bed. There will be fresh towels in the closet. Your bathroom is just outside the room and it is shared if there is a tenant in the Chestnut room during your stay.
Our Location
This condo is set in the middle of the town of Ava, easy to get to the coffee shop, restaurants and a park with a walking trail. Even though this home is in town, it can still be a quiet, romantic get away or serve the needs of a business stay in our area.
