The bedrooms are on the top floor. There are beautiful wood stairs that lead to the upper floor.
This condo is set in the middle of the town of Ava, easy to get to the coffee shop, restaurants and a park with a walking trail. Even though this home is in town, it can still be a quiet, romantic get away or serve the needs of a business stay in our area.
